OnyxDerma collects the details you send through the contact and manufacturer forms: name, organization or company, role, country, phone, email, website, product categories, area of interest, your message, and the language of the page. We use them only to answer you.
Where your details go
Form submissions are stored in our database and sent by email to the founder and to the person who maintains this website. Apart from the service providers below, they are not shared with anyone and are not used for marketing lists.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and runs the forms, MongoDB Atlas holds the database where inquiries are stored, and Gmail, Google's email service, delivers them to us. Tigris stores the pictures on the site and never receives form details. These providers may store data on servers abroad.
How long we keep them
We keep an inquiry as long as we need it to answer and follow up, and delete it, including the email copies, when you ask.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only when signing in to the administration area.
